By agreeing to create a profile on rekatu!, the person creating a profile becomes a “user” of the rekatu! services. Any person logging into a rekatu! account, regardless of whether or not the person was the user who set up the rekatu! account, also becomes a “user” of the rekatu! services. Rekatu! users agree to adhere to the terms of service regardless of whether or not the user is familiar with a given term or terms.
People on the rekatu! website who neither have nor are logged into a user profile are considered visitors.
Rekatu users must be 16 years of age or older. Any user found to be in violation of this rule will have their account terminated.
Rekatu! has the right to terminate or suspend a user at any time, for any reason.
Rekatu! has the right to remove user-posted content at any time, for any reason.
Any non-user-posted content on the rekatu! website is property of rekatu! and is not allowed to be reused in any medium by any user or visitor without the express written consent of rekatu!.
A “moderator” is a person with a profile on rekatu! with the ability to police user-posted content and remove the content, if necessary.
Rekatu! cannot guarantee that a rekatu! user profile is operated by any particular user. Moderators will assess complaints about rekatu! profiles in which the user operating the profile is misrepresenting himself or herself and take necessary action.
User-generated content in rekatu are the exclusive property of that user. Do not misappropriate content that is not yours.
Rekatu! does not moderate content as it is posted on the website and is not liable for content posted by users of rekatu! Moderators will assess complaints about any content posted on rekatu! and take necessary action.
Rekatu! has the right to appoint or fire moderators at any time.
Rekatu! has the right to append the terms of service at any time. In case an append is made to the terms of service, rekatu! users will be notified through the rekatu! web site.
